Specialized in fault diagnosis, maintenance, cleaning, system setup and individually configured custom PCs. Efficient appointment-based service, clear communication in German, English and Chinese. Currently mainly via drop-off & pickup; additional service types are in preparation.

Basic Fault Diagnosis & Localization

For common software and hardware issues, with quick initial narrowing-down

  • Visual check and assessment of startup behavior
  • Basic check of RAM / drive / battery / power adapter
  • Initial check of system environment, drivers, firmware and BIOS / UEFI
  • Basic check of drive health, file system and startup entries
  • Initial fault range and recommendation for next steps

Note

The price includes basic diagnosis only, not subsequent repair. Small immediate fixes during diagnosis are not charged separately.

Advanced Fault Diagnosis & Localization

For liquid damage, no-boot cases and recurring faults after repairs

  • Advanced disassembly, mainboard removal if necessary
  • Inspection for liquid / moisture / repair traces and areas under shielding films
  • Short-circuit check of key power delivery areas
  • Complex system faults and difficult software issues
  • More precise fault range and recommendations for further repair steps

Note

Includes everything in the basic diagnosis. If an upgrade is needed after basic diagnosis, only the 40 € difference is charged.

PC/Laptop Migration

Clone migration while preserving desktop, programs and working habits where possible

  • Image migration of the old system and partitions, up to 1 TB data volume
  • Includes old-device disassembly and drive reading if necessary
  • Startup repair and basic boot check on the new device
  • Cleanup of residual old drivers
  • Basic adaptation to the new platform
